What are good foods / drinks to have when you have acid reflux / heartburn?
Also are there natural cures, instead of meds?

Been going on for a few weeks now where i can just be sitting here and get a sharp(not real painful) pain that lasts maybe a second or two and comes and gos alot, And its almost always in the middle of my chest but sometimes other places in chest area, could this just be my reflux?… Read the rest

I have been getting acid reflux so bad recently. Apple Cider Vinegar isnt helping. I heard that apples help and yogurt? Does anyone know what kind of apples work? And what yogurt?
